Psychodynamic Theory Without the Overwhelm
Psychodynamic psychology contains the most interesting (and the weirdest) ideas about the human mind. And yet, most of those ideas are hidden behind confusing jargon and boring literature. Let’s put the enthusiasm and fun back into studying the greatest psychodynamic thinkers – without overwhelm.

As a student of psychodynamics, I spend hours wading through literature – and usually find ideas that surprise me. Forgotten concepts, interesting articles, and books I cannot put down. KAREN HORNEY WORKSHOP
If you want to ease your way into studying psychodynamic theory, I recommend to start with someone like Karen Horney. (Please, do not start with The Interpretation of Dreams.)
Behind the very unfortunate name, Horney was a psychoanalyst who developed brilliant, simple, and (in my opinion) underrated ideas that actually make sense like: The Idealized Self, Tyranny of the Should, Basic Anxiety, Neurotic Needs and Trends, and much more.
Instead of reading 2000+ pages yourself, I condensed her core concepts and fundamental principles into a 150-minute workshop.
